After more than 25 years in banking, I found myself in the grip of burnout—a whole year of exhaustion, overwhelm, and feeling disconnected from myself.

How does the 21-day program work?

As part of your course access, you’ll receive daily guides along with a soothing audio to support your 21-day journey from burnout to bliss. Each day, you’ll be gently prompted to journal and reflect. You’re welcome—but not required—to send your handwritten bundle of letters by post. Whether you choose to send them or not, Anna will still mail you three personal letters during the journey, so you always feel connected and supported.

Do I need to be a good writer?

Not at all. This course is about expression, not perfection. Short notes, doodles, or even a few words are enough — what matters is the act of releasing what’s inside.

Will I get coaching with this course?

This program is more of a guided self-reflection journey. Anna provides weekly prompts and a handwritten letter per week sent every Monday for 3 weeks.

What if I can’t keep up with daily journaling?

No problem. You can always go at your own pace. The 21 days of prompts are yours to revisit anytime.

How much does it cost?
